Congress workers stage dharna against demonetisation at Bagaha

Bagaha:  Congress workers and leaders of Bagaha police district congress committee on Friday staged a day long dharna on Ambedkar statue premises, Bagaha, against demonetisation. District congress  committee president Anirudh Singh presided over the dharna.

Many congress activists including Purnmasi Ram, state congress  vice- president and former minister Harishchandra Pandey, Ramashankar Dubey, Bhupendra Dubey, Hiralal Thakur, Dinanath Ram, Haqim Akhtar Khan, Tuffail Ahmad and others while speaking on the occasion and said that due to sudden demonetization a financial anarchy prevails in the country. During 50 days of  the implementation of Notebandi 115 people have died, they and added the RBI changed its circulars 135 times.
