Sasaram : A BA Part I student Ajit Pandey alias Raja, son of Siddhnath Pandey of Kajhayi Tola under Bikramganj police station in Rohtas district, was stabbed to death around 10 pm on June 6, 2019.
Police brought the body over to Sasaram Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. A named FIR has been lodged by Bikramganj police station against Sunil Pandey and Krishna Pandey on the statement of the father of the deceased Siddhnath Pandey. The named accused are at large since the incident. Police are investigating into the incident and conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
SHO, Bikramganj police station, Priyaranjan said that Ayodhya Pandey alias Krishna Pandey and Sunil Pandey alias Gunga, sons of late Kapil Deo Pandey, scuffled over partition of property in front of the hose of Siddhnath Pandey on June 6 night. When Ajit Pandey tried to intervene, Sunil Pandey stabbed him in stomach. The family members rushed him to the Sub-Divisional hospital where the doctors referred him to Sasaram Sadar Hospital after first aid but he succumbed to his injuries on way to Sasaram.
