Patna : Patna DM Sanjay Kumar Agarwal on December 6, 2016, prohibited academic activities in all the schools in the district before 9 am from December 7 in view of the prevalent cold and dense fog particularly in the early morning posing risk to the health and life of the children. The DM’s order will remain enforce till further orders. The DM has passed the order under section 144 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. All school authorities are at liberty to start classes only after 9 am.
