Ranchi (Jharkhand) : Chandan Jha, a 2011 batch IPS officer and ADC to Jharkhand Governor, was on April 17, 2020, appointed as the new SP of Bokaro. Jha will be replacing Sujata Kumari Veenapani, a 2014 batch IPS officer and Commandant JAP-4, who was holding additional charge of Bokaro SP. The transfer notification was issued by Jharkhand Home Department on April 17 evening.
