Patna : The CBI has filed its first chargesheet in a Special Court  in connection with the alleged sexual abuse of minor girls at a shelter home run by San NGO eva Sankalp Evam Vikash Samiti at Muzaffarpur against 21 people including prime accused Brajesh Thakur and a government officer Rekha Rani. Thakur runs Seva Sankalp Evam Vikash Samiti that managed the shelter home.

The chargesheet says that the girls were subjected to sexual abuse.  The CBI has slapped Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act on the accused, sources said.
