Patna : C P Khanduja, an Indian Forest Service (IFS) of 1989 batch and Director, Social Forestry, Rural Development Department, Bihar Government, has been given additional charge of Commissioner, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA). The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on February 6 itself.
