Buxar court issues non-bailable warrant of arrest against SI

Buxar: First Class Judicial Magistrate (JM), Buxar, issued non-bailable warrant of arrest against a sub-inspector Uday Bahadur Singh on Monday for not appearing before it despite several notices. Bharat Singh of village Chakki under Brahmpur police station in Buxar district had filed a case in the court of the First Class Judicial Magistrate in 2009 against the then SHO Dhansoi police station Uday Bahadur Singh charging him with stealing his horse. After hearing , JM Shiv Kumar issued notice to SI Singh asking him to appear before the court and when he did not appear, the court had issued bailable warrant against him through the Buxar SP but the SI did not appear before the court. In the meantime, the SI was posted in different police stations.
