Munger: More than ten thousand users of Internet service of BSNL in Munger are on their toes for the last three days to get uninterrupted connectivity. The local BSNL authorities are expressing their helplessness in solving their problems saying fault lies at higher level. A few subscribers have sent messages to the union communication minister Ravi Shankar Prasad requesting him to take steps to improve the Internet service in Bihar, his home state, as the telephone calls made to the authorities at Patna do not materialise with the staff picking up the calls tells callers “Saheb abhi meeting men hain.”
