BMSICL installs Ultrasound machine with Colour Doppler ar Sadar Hospital, Ara

Ara : Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Services Corporation Limited (BMSICL) on March 6, 2019, installed an Ultrasound Machine with Colour Doppler just beside the Medicine Centre near Out Patient Department (OPD) on the campus of Sadar Hospital, Ara.

Civil Surgeon, Bhojpur, Dr Jagdish Singh said that the Ultrasound machine with Colour Doppler is an advance technique which has facility of 3D and Echo system facilitating the doctors diagnose with precision. He said that after proper training, an operator would be deputed and doctors would also be made responsible for it. He said that patients from 12 districts in Bihar in the vicinity of Bhojpur district would benefit from it.

It may be mentioned here that Sadar Hospital, Ara, had lacked Ultrasound facility for the last one year and the poor patients had to spend at least Rs 800 to Rs 1,000 on getting Ultrasound from outside.
