BJP MLC Satyendra Narain Singh dies

Patna : BJP MLC Satyendra Narain Singh alias Satyendra Kushwaha, 49, died at a Patna Hospital on March 11, 2018, after protracted illness. He had suffered a brain stroke two years back and was admitted to Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS), Patna. He became a Member of Bihar Legislative Council in 2012. He is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.

Bihar Governor Satya Pal Malik, CM Nitish Kumar, Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi, Road Construction Department Minister Nand Kishore Yadav, Parliamaentary Affaitrs Minister Sharav Kumar and several leading politicians mounred Kushwaha.

Governor Malik described Kushwaha as a popular young leader whose death death had caused an irreparable loss to the state. CM Nitish Kumar described Kushwaha as a skilled politician and hard working social activist. Modi described Kushwaha as a dynamic leader whose death had caused an irreparable loss to the BJP.
