Bishop Scott Boys’ School students celebrate ‘Janmashtami’

Patna : The students of Bishop Scott Boys’ School, By-Pass, Patna, on August 23, 2019, celebrated the birthday of Lord Krishna. A function was the pre-primary section of Bishop Scott Boys‘ School on the occasion ‘Janmashtami’.
Two students came dressed in the attire of ‘Radha’ and ‘Krishna’. Other boys portrayed the role of Lord Krishna’s colleagues. Beautiful decorations were put up to make this event more colourful. Children danced to the tunes of ‘Haathi Ghoda Paalki’.
A ‘Matki Phod’ event was also held to mark the event followed by the distribution of sweets. The Principal and Vice-principal of the school highlighted the life and teachings of Lord Krishna.
