Patna : Active cases count increased to 37 in Bihar including 12 in Patna on October 12, 2021, as 6 more persons tested positive to Covid-19 in the state on October 11, 2021, up from 2 cases on October 10, 2021. The Active cases count was 35 in Bihar on October 11, 2021. The state did not report any new death due to Covid-19 in last 24 hours and the toll remained pegged at 9,661 in the state on October 12.
The state has recorded 7,26,004 Covid-19 cases so far of which 7,16,305 patients have recovered including 4 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) standing at 98.66% on October 12. Bihar has tested 4,76,91,789 samples so far including ,129,805 samples on October 11, 2021. The 6 new Covid-19 cases included 4 in Patna and 1 each in Bhagalpur and Munger, according to State Health Department data.
