Patna : A total of 28 more persons tested positive for Covid-19 in the state on December 25, 2021, up from 10 cases on December 24, taking the Active cases count to 98 in Bihar including 60 in Patna, up from 81 cases on December 25, 2021. Bihar, however, did not report any new death due to Covid-19 in last 24 hours with the toll standing at 12,094 on December 26.
Bihar has logged 7,26,456 Covid-19 cases so far of which 7,14,263 patients have recovered including 11 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) standing at 98.32% on December 26. The state has tested 6,01,39,831 samples so far including 1,34,279 samples on December 25, 2021.
The 28 new Covid-19 cases included 10 in Patna, 9 in Gaya, 3 in Katihar, and 1 each in Bhagalpur, Purnia, Rohtas, Samastipur, Siwan, and 1 1 from outside Bihar, according to State Health Department figure.
