Patna : Active cases cunt dropped to 320 in Bihar including 44 in Patna on August 7, 2021, as only 36 more persons tested positive for Covid-19 in the state on August 6, down from 55 on August 5. Active cases count in Bihar was 356 on August 6. Bihr did not report any death due to Covid-19 in last 24 hours.
The state has logged 7,25,158 Covid-19 cases so far of which 7,15,191 patients have been declared cured including 72 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) improving to 98.63 % on August 7, 2021, from 98.62% on August 6. The state has tested 3,83,85,764 samples so far including 1,57,103 samples on August 6, 2021.
The 36 new Covid-19 cases included 4 in Patna, 4 in Bhojpur, 4 in Purnia, 3 in Aurangabad, 3 in Madhubani, 2 in east Champaran, 2 in Saharsa, 2 in Nawada, 2 in Rohtas, 2 in Saran,
