Patna : Active cases dropped to 782 in Bihar even as 102 more persons tested positive for Covid-19 on July 12, 2021, up from 72 on the previous day. Active cases count in Bihar was 788 on July 12. The state did not report any death due to Covid-19 in last 24 hours and the toll remained pegged at 9,619 in the state on July 13, 2021.
Bihar has recorded 7,23,457 Covid-19 cases so far of which 7,13,055 patients have been declared cured including 108 in last 24 hours with recovery rate (RR) being 98.56%. The state has tested 3,47,39,596 samples so far including 1,22,096 samples on July 12, 2021.
The 102 new Covid-19 cases included 11 in Patna, 7 in Madhepura, 6 in Darbhanga, 5 in Purnia, 5 in Samastipur, 5 in Saran, 5 in Supaul, 4 in Rohtas, 4 in Begusarai, 4 in East Champaran, 4 in Munger, 3 in Khagaria, 3 in Kishanganj, 3 in Arwal, 3 in Nawada, 3 in Saharsa, 3 in Siwan, and 3 in Muzaffarpur.
