Patna : Active cases count increased to 41 in Bihar including 20 in Patna on October 14, 2021, as 8 more persons tested positive for Covid-19 in the state on October 13, up from 4 cases on October 12, 2021. The Active cases count was 35 in Bihar on October 13, 2021. The state did not report any new death due to Covid-19 in last 24 hours and toll remained static at 9,661 on October 14.
Bihar has recorded 7,26,016 Covid-19 cases s0 far of which 7,16,313 patients have recovered including 2 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) standing at 98.66% on October 14. The state has tested 4,79,29,626 samples so far including 1,17,859 samples on October 13, 2021. The 8 new Covid-19 cases included 5 in Patna and 1 each in Begusarai, Gaya, and Supaul, according to State Health Department figure.
