Patna : Only 44 more persons tested positive for Covid-19 in Bihar on July 30, 2021, down from 72 on July 29. The Active case count dropped to 456 in the state on July 31, 2021, from 457 on July 30. Bihar did not report any new death due to Covid-19 in last 24 hours and toll remained pegged at 9,643 in the state on July 31.
Bihar has recorded 724835 Covid-19 cases so far of which 714735 patients have been declared cured including 45 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) being 98.61%. The state has tested 3,73,51,795 samples so far including 1,61,065 samples on July 30, 2021. The 44 new Covid-19 cases included 5 in Patna and 5 in Samastipur, according to State Health Department figure
