Patna : Active cases count further declined to 250 in Bihar including 38 in Patna on August 15, 2021, as only 39 more persons tested positive for Covid-19 in the state on August 13, 2021, down from 47 on the day before. Active cases count in the state was 263 on August 13. Bihar did not report any new death due to Covid-19 in last 24 hours with the toll remaining static at 9,6,49 on August 14.
The state has logged 7,25,455 Covid-19 cases so far of which 7,15,555 patients have been declared cured including 52 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) being 98.63% on August 14, 2021. Bihar has tested 3,94,39,556 samples so far including 1,36,366 on August 13, 2021.
Meanwhile, Bihar Government has been using Boat Ambulances to vaccinate people against Covid-19 in flood affected areas.
