Patna : Active cases count increased to 73 in Bihar including 21 in Patna on September 10, 2021, as 12 more persons tested positive for Covid-19 in the state on September 9, 2021, up from 10 September 8. The Active cases count was 71 in Bihar on September 9, 2021. Bihar did not report any new death due to Covid-19 in last 24 hours and toll remained static at 9,658 in the state on September 10.
The state has logged 7,25,806 Covid-19 cases so far of which 7,16,074 patients have been declared cured including 10 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) remaining pegged at 98.65%. Bihar has tested 4,33,27,463 samples so far including 1,63,429 samples on September 9, 2021. The 12 new Covid-19 cases included 7 in Patna and 1 each in Katihar, Khagaria, Madhubani, Purnia, and Samastipu, according to State Health Department figure.
Meanwhile, a 30-bed ultra-modern ICU at Mahavir Cancer Sansthan, Patna, was dedicated to the people on September 10, 2021.
