Patna : Active cases count was 112 in Bihar including 19 in Patna on August 29, 2021, as only 11 more persons tested positive for Covid-19 in the state on August 28, 2021, as on August 27. The Active cases load Bihar was 111 on August 28, 2021, too. did not report any new death due to Covid-19 in last 24 hours and the toll remained static at 9,653 in the state on August 29.
Bihar has recorded 7,25,694 Covid-19 cases so far of which 7,15,928 patients have been declared including 10 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) remaining pegged at 98.65% on August 29, 2021. The state has tested 4,15,57,021 samples so far including 1,67,207 samples on August 28, 2021.
The 11 new Covid-19 cases included 3 in Patna, 2 in Purnia, 2 in Madhepura, and 1 each in Bhagalpur, East Champaran, Rohtas, and Vaishali.
