Bihar JD(U) chief Bashishtha Narain to undergo surgery

Patna :Bihar JD(U) president Bashistha Narain Singh was admitted to Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, on February 21 evening following complaints of pain due to spondylitis. The doctors at the hospital have recommended surgery on
February 23. Nikhil Mandal, spokesman of JD(U), said that the state JD(U) chief Bashistha Narain Singh had problems in movement even on February 20 during the marriage of his son-Sonu. He had to be assisted by two aides to reach marriage pandal. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and former JD(U) national president Sharad  Yadav met Bashistha at the hospital. The CM will return here on February 22 noon.
