Patna : Bihar Government, in a major reshuffle in state police administration on December 31, 2020, transferred SPs of 13 districts : Saharsa, Bhagalpur, Naugachhia, Saran, Nawada, Nalanda, Rohtas, Gopalganj, Kaimur, Purnia, Sheohar, Sheikhpura, and Gaya.
Nitasha Gudia, a 2008 batch IPS officer and SP, Economic Offence Unit (EOU), has been transferred and appointed Senior SP, Bhagalpur.
Dhurat Sayali Savlaram, a 2010 batch IPS officer and SP, Saran, has been transferred and appointed SP, Nawada. Hari Prasath S, a 2010 batch IPS officer and SP< Nawada, has been shifted and appointed SP, Nalanda. Nilesh Kumar, a 2010 batch IPS officer and SP, Nalanda, has been shifted and made SP, Special Task Force.
Ashish Bharti, a 2011 batch IPS officer and SSP, Bhagalpur, has also been transferred and appointed SP, Rohtas. Rakesh Kumar, a 2011 batch IPS officer and SP, Saharsa, has been transferred and made SP, Kaimur. Aditya Kumar, a 2011 batch IPS officer and Assistant to IG, Rail, has been shifted and appointed SSP, Gaya.
Swapna Meshram G, a 2011 batch IPS officer and SP, Naugachhia, has been shifted too and made Commandant, BMP-2, Dehri-on-Sone. Anand Kumar, a 2012 batch IPS officer and Commandant, BMP_7, Katihar, has also been shifted and made SP, Gopalganj. Sushant Kumar Saroj, a 2012 batch IPS officer and City SP, Bhagalpur, has been shifted and appointed SP, Naugachhia.
Manoj Kumar Tiwary, a 2012 batch IPS officer and SP, Gopalganj, has been shifted and made Commandant, BMP-4, Begusarai. Dilnawaz Ahmad, a 2012 batch IPS officer and SP, Kaimur, has been transferred and made Commandant, BMP-7, Katihar. Vishal Sharma, a 2013 batch IPS officer and SP, Purnia, has been shifted and made Commandant, BMP-6, Muzaffarpur.
Satyavir Singh, a 2008 batch IPS officer and SP, Rohtas, has been shifted and appointed Commandant, BMP-9, Bhagalpur.
Lipi Singh, a 2016 batch IPS and SP rank officer waiting for posting, was on December 31, 2020, appointed SP, Saharsa. Santosh Kumar,a 2014 batch IPS officer and SP, Sheohar, has been shifted and appointed SP, Saran, while Dayashankar, a 2014 batch IPS officer and SP, Sheikhpura, has been transferred and appointed SP, Purnia.
Kartikey K Sharma, a 2014 batch IPS officer and SP (D), Special Branch, has been transferred and made SP, Sheikhpura. Rakesh Kumar Dubey, an IPS officer and ADC, Governor, will stay as ADC, Governor, with additional charge of SP, Anti-Terrorist Squad. Sanjay Bharti, IPS & SDPO, Phulwarisharif, has been transferred and appointed SP, Sheohar.
