Bihar Govt. relieves Siddharth Mohan Jain, DIG, for Central Deputation

Patna : Bihar Government on January 14, 2020, relieved Siddharth Mohan Jain, a 2006 batch IPS officer and DIG, Administration, Bihar, for central deputation for four years in Cabinet Secretariat ( R&AW) Department, Government of India. Jain was also holding additional charge of DIG, BMP, Central Division, Patna.

Jain has been appointed Deputy Secretary in Class I Executive Cadre in Cabinet Secretariat (  R&AW). The State Government has handed over Jain’s service to the Cabinet Secretary Department, Government of India.

DIG, CID, Garima Malik, also a 2006 batch Bihar Cadre IPS officer, has been given additional charge of DIG, BMP, Central Division. S Premlatha, another 2006 batch IPS officer earlier notified as DIG, Lokayukta Office, Bihar, has been appointed DIG, Administration, Bihar. The Home (Police) Department issued a notification to this effect on January 14, 2020.
