Patna : Bihar Government on April 13, 2021, deputed three IAS officers to different medical college and hospitals for a week in the wake of spurt in Covid-19 cases in the state. Rajiv Roshan, a 2010 batch IAS officer and Additional Secretary, Rural Development Department, has been deputed to Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH).
Raj Kumar, a 2010 batch IAS officer and Director, Social Welfare, has been deputed to AIIMS Patna. Pankaj Dixit, a 2011 batch IAS officer and Director ( Technical), Industry Department, has been deputed to Nalanda Medical College and Hospital (NMCH).
The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification in this connection on April 13. These three IAS officers will, however, continue to perform their present duty as well during the period of their deputation.
