Bihar Govt. deputes 20 BAS officers for Relief & Rescue Work in Patna

Patna : Bihar Government on September 30, 2019, deputed 20 officers of Bihar Administrative Service (BAS) in the rank of Joint Secretary, ADM, and Deputy Secretary, to Patna Collectorate and Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) until further order for relief and rescue work following torrential rain for four days in Patna.

Ten of these BAS officers : Ashutosh Kumar Verma, Pankaj Kumar, Manoj Kumar Jha, Subodh Kumar, Dilip Kumar Agarwal, Sudhir Kumar, Anuj Kumar, Arshad Firoz, Mohad. Tariq, and Sushant Kumar, have been deputed to Patna Collectorate.

Ten BAS officers : Nazar Hussain, Hiramuni Prabhakar, Manoj Kumar, Chitraguta Kumar, Anil Kumar Singh, Ajit Kumar Singh, Rajesh Kumar, Ashok Kumar-2, Akhilesh Kumar Singh, and Reyaz Ahmad Khan, have been deputed to PMC. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on September 30.

The BAS officers deputed to Patna Collectorate will give their joining to DM, Patna, while those deputed to PMC will their joining to City Commissioner, PMC.
