Patna : Three students : Pooja Kumari, Subhdarshni, and Sandeep Kumar, have topped the Class 10 Examination 2021 conducted by Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB). All the three students have secured 484 marks each out of 500 marks. The overall pass percentage this year was 78.17%. A total of 101 students figure in Top 10 successful students at the examination. Pooja Kumari hails from East Champaran District while Subhdarshni belongs to Nalanda District. Sandeep Kumar belongs to Rohtas District.
Altogether 12,93,054 students have cleared the examination of which 6,76,518 are boys and 6,16,536 are girls. A total of 4,13,087 students have secured first division, 5,00,615 students have secured second division while 3,78,980 students have secured third division.
The results were announced by Bihar Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary at 3.30 pm at a presser on April 5, 2021. Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Sanjay Kumar, and BSEB Chairman Anand Kishore were also present on the occasion. The examination was held from February 10 to February 27, 2021.
