Bhojpur SP suspends SHO, Agiaw Bazaar PS

Ara : Bhojpur SP Sushil Kumar has suspended Station House Officer (SHO), Agiaw Bazaar, Avinash Kumar, with immediate effect for dereliction of duty.

Bhojpur SP Sushil Kumar said that a person recently died due to electrocution at Agiaw Bazaar. The family members of the deceased called the SHO for post-mortem but the SHO told them to bring the body next morning for the same. The aggrieved family members informed the SP about the conduct of the SHO. At this, the SP himself called the SHO but he did not receive the call. Besides, a woman had also submitted an application to police but the SHO did not acted on it either.

Taking serious note of it, the SP asked the Piro DSP to inquire into the matter. After inquiry, the DSP found that the station diary was not update and submitted the report to the SP. Acting on the report, the SP suspended the SHO, Agiaw Bazaar police station with immediate effect.
