Ara : Bhojpur SP Aditya Kumar suspended three police personnel including an ASI after a video showing them accepting bribe went viral on the social media. The SP said an ASI Bijyendra Chaudhary, driver Ranjan Kumar, and SAP personnel Shankar Singh posted at Barhara police station have been suspended.
The SP said that all the three police personnel were seen in the video accepting Rs 50,000 and added departmental proceedings had been initiated against them. He said that proceeding has been also initiated for the dismissal of the SAP personnel concerned.
