Ara : Bhojpur police with the help of their UP counterpart recovered two girls from Alinagar under Chandauli police station in UP on July 13, 2018, 45 days after they were allegedly kidnapped and brought them to Civil Court, Ara, to get their statement recorded under section 164 CrPC. The girls were kidnapped from Vijan Tola under Piro police station in Bhojpur district. Police also arrested their kidnapper and sent him to jail after interrogation.
SHO, Piro Police Station, said that Ishwawr Dayal Singh of village Krishnabrahm under the same police station in Buxar district had trapped two teenage girls of the same area and compelled them to perform dance for an orchestra party about two months ago. During a dance programme at Vijan Tola under Piro police station about 45 days back, the two girls were kidnapped. The family members of the girls had lodged an FIR with police regarding their disapprance. After the FIR, police swung into action and weretrying to trace and recover the girls.
In the meantime, Ishwar Dayal Singh met the family members of the girls and informed them about the whereabouts of the girls. The family members informed police immediately. Police arrested Ishwar Dayal Singh and interrogated him. During interrogation, he confessed that he had compelled the girls to perform in the orchestra party. He said he took the girls to Bikramganj in Rohtas district on his motorcycle and forced them to join the Orchestra party. He also revealed that the girls are performing dance at Alinagar under Chandauli police station in UP. On his revelation, Bhojpur police contacted their UP counterpart and recovered the girls safely from Alinaagar and brought them over to Ara, the SHO said.
