Ara : Bhojpur police along with officials of Dabur company conducted raids at two grocery shops at Chandawa Mor under Nawada police station, Ara, on January 28, 2019, and seized about 2,500 bottles of fake rose water and also arrested the shop -keepers Anuj Thakur and Rajendra Sharma.

The Chief Investigation officer of Dabur Company Gaurv Tiwari had lodged a named FIR with Nawada police station against Rajendra Sharma and Anuj in this regard. Later, police sent them to jail.

Gaurav Tiwari said that complaints had poured in that fake rose water (Gulabari) in the name of the Dabur Company was being sold with impunity in the open market. The company got the complaint verified and found it correct. He said that he with the help of Bhojpur police conducted raids at two grocery shops and seized about 2,500 bottles of fake rose water and got arrested the two shop-keepers.
