Ara : Bhojpur District Magistrate Roushan Kushwaha and SP Incharge, Bhojpur, Swapna Meshram, with heavy police force conducted raid at Ara jail on on February 24, 2022. They reached Ara Jail at around 10am and inspectedall the wards, kitchen, hospital, and cells though no objectionable item was reportedly found during the raid.
The raid continued for about two hours. Ara Sadar SDO Lal Jyotinath Shahdeo, ASP cum SDPO Himanshu, Jagdishpur SDPO Shyam Kishore Ranjan, SHO Ara Town police station(PS) Ram Vilas Chaudhary, SHO and Nawada PS Avinash Kumar, along with were presen on the occasiont.
