Sitamarhi : Police on February 3, 2018, arrested three persons including the Block Education Officer (BEO), Bairgania, in Sitamarhi district, Ajay Kumar Trivedi, allegedly for boozing violating the complete Prohibition enforced in Bihar on April 5, 2016.
Bairgania police under the leadership of SHO, Sujit Kumar, on a tip off the arrested the three persons including the Block Education officer Ajay Kumar Trivedi in a drunken state from Bairgania block office premises. The other two arrested persons were identified as that of office peon Raushan Sai and a social worker Arun Kumar Singh. After medical examination, they were forwarded to jail.
