Hajipur : A Bengal crime police branch team with the help of Vaishali police arrested a notorious criminal Vinod Rai, son of Harvansh Rai, from village Kailachak under Bidupur police station in Vaishali district, in connection with theft of 21.75 kg gold from the office of Mannapuram gold loan company at Vadanagar, Barrackpore, Kolkata, on December 30, 2016. Police also seized the car used in the crime.
