Bashistha re-elected Bihar JD(U) chief

Patna: Bashistha Naraian Singh was re-elected president of Bihar unit of JD (U) on Sund. Declaring his election uncontested, ROturning officer, Janardan Prasad Singh handed over certificate to him. At the state general council meeting of JD(U) on Monday at Raivinder Bhawan here, Singh, a member of Rajya Sabha, will be formally installed as party chief again in presence of the chief minister Nitish Kumar.There are 280 members in the council.
