Bagaha : Bagaha sub- divisional administration on February 20 removed banners of two Saran Graduate constituency seat candidates: Gyandeo Mani Tripathi and Birendar Narain Yadav, displayed along NH 28(b) close to Bagaha sub -divisional headquarters in West Champaran district. Assistant election officer, Bagaha, Anil Patel said that it was complete violation of Model Code of Conduct of Election Commission. February 20 was the last date for filing of nomination papers for the seat. Anil Patel said a case is being lodged against the two candidates for violating Model Code of Conduct.
