Sitamarhi : The bandh call given by Railways job aspirants students and youth supported by the Mahagathabandhan (Grand Alliance ) parties in protest against the Railway Recruitment Board’s results passed off peacefully on January 28, 2022, in Sitamarhi District in North Bihar.
The protesters and Mahagathabandhan supporters under the leadership of RJD Bajpatti MLA Mukesh Kumar Yadav blocked the Mehsaul Chowk and Kargil bypass crossing for several hours that caused a lot of hardships to passengers and daily commuters. But in the afternoon things got back to normali Shops and businesses establishments didn’t function properly in the forenoon. Rail and road communications were partially affected.
