Bagaha SP suspends SHO, Piparasi PS

Bagaha : SP, Bagaha Police district, Arbind Kumar Gupta, on February 7, 2018, suspended SHO, Piparasi police station, Sunil Kumar, and shunted an ASI of the policestation Ajay Kumar Rai to the policeline for dereliction of duty.

Bagaha SP Arbind Kumar Gupta said that the SHO had tried to suppress an incident  relating of disappearance of a teenage girl. Later, after intervention of a senior police officer, the case was lodged by her mother and five persons were made named accused in this connection. The SP said that Sanjiv Kumar, SI, Bagaha police station, has been appointed  new SHO of Piparasi police station.
