Speed Post News NetworkBagaha : Police have identified a professional bailer Rudal Chaudhary, son of Haridwar Chaudhary, a native of village Batesara under Naurangia police station in Bagaha police district, who was bailer for around 21 persons accused in heinous crime. Police have informed Bagaha Civil Court about his activities and sought appropriate action against him.SP, Bagaha police district, A K Gupta, on February 15, 2018, said that when he received information from the court’s APO that a quack (Jhola Chhap Doctor) Imaran Baidya, who was arrested on January 18, 2018, has been granted bail by the court within a week, he was surprised and sought infomation about the bailer from SHO, Naurangia police station, Harendra Prasad.The SHO, in a written reply, informed the SP that Rudal was bailer for around 21 persons accused in different incidents of crime allegedly taking Rs 500 from each of them.The SP referred the matter to the Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Ms Renu Singh of Civil Court, Bagaha, for confirmation and appropriate legal action against the professional bailer. According to the SP, every bailer has to give an undertaking to the court about previous case, if any, in which he was a bailer.A senior advocate of Bagaha Civil Court D N Tiwari said that professional bailers were active at Bagaha because of police inaction.
