Patna : Pakistan were 45/3 in their second innings against Australia in the first test at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai, UAE, at stumps on day 3 on October 9, 2018, with opener Imam-ul-Haq batting on 23. For Australia, spinner Jon Holland took 2/9 while Nathan Lyon took 1/23. Pakistan lead by 325 runs.
Earlier, replying to Pakistan’s first innings total of 482 all out, Australia were all out for only 202 in 83.3 overs with openers Usman Khwaja and Aaron Finch scoring 85 and 62 runs respectively. Spinner Bilal Asif, 33, a bowling all-rounder playing in his first test, took 6/36 while fast bowler Mohammad Abbas, 28, took 4/29.
