Ara : Additional District and Sessions Judge III, Ara Civil Court, Tribhuwan Yadav, on September 24, 2020, sentenced Bahadur Singh of village Bajariya village to rigorous life imprisonment and also slapped a fine of Rs 7,000 on him in a murder case.
Bahadur Singh of Bajariya village under Sahar police station had shot dead Lal Babu Singh, son of Bhukhan Yadav, Chowkidar, Sahar police station, of the same village on August 17, 2020, evening. A named FIR was lodged with Sahar police station against Bahadur Singhin this connection.
After hearing both the parties, the ADJ III, Ara Civil Court, Tribhuwan Yadav, held Bahadur Singh guilty of killing Lal Babu Singh and awarded rigorous life imprisonment to him in the case and also slapped a fine of Rs 7,000 on him.
