Ara : Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADJ) III, Ara, one September 21, 2019, sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment  one person Naga and also slapped a fine of Rs 5,000 on him for killing his brother-in-law (saala) on November 3, 2017.

APP, Ara Civil Court, said that Naga and his brother-in-law (saala) Nurain Khan had clashed over a trivial matter on November 3, 2017, evening. Later, Naga took a sword and killed his brother-in-law with it and threw the sword in a ditch. Naga later surrendered before the court and confessed before police that he had killed his brother-in-law in a rage. Hearing both the parties, the court awarded rigorous life imprisonment to Naga and also slapped a fine of Rs. 5,000 on him.
