Ara court sentences 2 accused to life imprisonment in murder case

Ara : Additional District and Sessions Judge VI, Ara,  Tribhuan Yadav, on July 18, 2018, sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment two persons: Lalan Singh and Bhola Singh, in connection with murder of Hareram Sharma of village Belwania under Bihia police station in Bhojpur district in June 2010.

Hareram Sharma of village Belwania was shot dead by some miscreants on June 18, 2010, after he refused to give extortion amount to them. A named FIR was lodged with Bihia police station against four persons including Lalan Singh and Bhola Singh of village Jhaua on the statement of the deceased’s brother Krishna Sharma.

After hearing both the parties, the ADJ awarded rigorous life imprisonment to two accused and also slapped a fine of Rs 1,000 on each of them.
