Ara court senteces 3 accused to rigorous life imprisonment in murder case

Ara : Additional District and Sessions Judge XIII, Ara, Sandeep Mishra, on March 2, 2019, sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment three persons : Jawahar Singh, Ram Ayodhya Singh, and Ramadhar Singh, in a murder case. The court also slapped a fine on them.

APP Vinita Kumari said that some miscreants had shot dead Shiv Mangal Singh of village Raghunipur under Udwantnagar police station in Bhojpur district on May 31, 2009, when he had gone to village Dubauli under Gadhani police station to attend a marriage ceremony. Old enmity was said to be the cause behind the incident. A named FIR was lodged with Gadhani police station against Jawahar Singh, Ram Ayodhya Singh and Ramadhar Singh in this connection.

After hearing both the parties, the ADJ XIII found all the three named accused in the murder case guilty and awarded them rigorous life imprisonment.
