Ara: Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, B D Rai rejected bail petition of three accused in Ara businessman Sanjay Prasad alias Munna Sai muder case. Rabindra alias Nepali, Sunnu Kumar and Chandan Kumar had filed bail petition in the court of the CJM on Thursday. The police had arrested all the three while the fourth accused Sonu Kumar had surrendered before the court.
Munna Sai was shot dead at the gate of his house at New Area Babu Bazaar under Town police station, Ara, in the morning on July 9, 2016, and four persons were made named accused in this connection. Police had taken all the four on remand from Wednesday and were interrogating them. Sonu Kumar also admitted his crime and said he killed Munna Sai because Munna Sai had beaten up his elder brother, Rabindra alias Nepali.
