Ara court rejects anticipatory bail petition of Danish Rizwan

Ara : District and Sessions Judge (DJ), Ara, on July 12, 2017, rejected the anticipatory bail petition of senior HAM(S) leader Danish Rizwan in Ara businessman Krishna Kumar alias Kumar Ji murder case. Danish Rizwan is one of the ten named accused in the murder case. The court allowed three day police remand for Chand Mian, Md Aslam alias Md Raza and Md Asif. The IO of the case and SHO Ara Town Police Station, J P Singh, had prayed in the court for their remand.

Krishna Singh alias Kumar Ji was shot dead in Padav locality under Town Police Station, Ara,  on July 2,2017 when he was on way to his house. Police had arrested seven unnamed accused in the case notorious criminal Chand Mian, also a named accused in the murder of the businessman, had surrendered before the court on July 10 and was sent to  jail. On July 11, 2017, two named accused: Md Asharaf and Shahid, brothers  of HAM(S) leader  Danish Rizwan, had  surrendered at Town police station, Ara.
