Ara court issues non-bailable warrant against three LIC officials

Ara: ACJM VII, Ara,  Pranav Shankar issued non- bailable warrant of arrest on Thursday against the then Chief Branch Manager, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Ara branch, Ganesh Kinkar Jena, Assistant Branch Manager (sales duty) Narain Das and Assistant Administrative Officer, Sanjeev Kumar, for not appearing in the court despite several notices.

LIC advocate Kamta had filed a complained case in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, in 2011 against these officials of the LIC, Ara branch, alleging misbehavior with him by these officials when he had gone to the office for the payment of a death claim.

After hearing, the court issued notices to these officials but they did not comply with the order of the court and so the court issued non-bailable warrant against them.
