Anupam Kr Suman, IRS, promoted to Spl Secretary rank

Patna : Anupam Kumar Suman, a 2004 batch Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer and Joint Secretary, CM Secretariat, holding additional charge of City Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, was on December 26, 2018, promoted and designated as Special Secretary. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on December 26 itself.

This followed Non-Functional Selection Grade (NFSG) granted to Anupam Kumar Suman by the Revenue Department ( Central Board of Direct Taxes ), Union Finance Ministry, Government of India, with effect from January 25, 2017. Anupam is serving in Bihar on deputation.
