Bokaro ( Jharkhand) : Kumar Anmol, a Class 7 student of DPS Bokaro, Jharkhand, has brought laurels to his alma mater by securing second Rank in the country (AIR- 2) at Unified International Mathematics Olympiad (UIMO) 2020-21 Exam.
Anmol achieved this feat by clearing a challenging examination for the group of Classes 6-10. The paper tested the competency of the students on Mathematics–1 (30 Marks), Mathematics-2(15Marks), Logical Reasoning (10 Marks) and Critical Thinking (05 Marks).
The Unified Council is a professionally managed organisation established in 1998. It aims to conducts a number of diagnostic and skill-based assessments for students of Classes 1 to 12. The institution was established with an objective to unearth the hidden talent among the younger generation making them fundamentally strong and more competitive. UIMO is a curriculum-based examination, which assesses the students’ strength and weakness in Maths.
The Top Rankers and next 2 Rankers in each class are awarded a Laptop and a Tablet PC respectively and a Memento each.
