Patna : Top seed & World No 176 Ankita Raina, 27, India, beat World No 451 Berfu Cengiz, 20, Turkey, to lift the singles title at ITF Women’s tournament (ITF India 01A) at Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, on February 23, 2020. India No 1 Ankita Raina beat 7th seed Berfu Cengiz in straight sets 7-5, 6-1 in final. Ankita had recently won an ITF singles title in Thailand.

Ankita won 6 break points in the match to 3 by Cengiz. She also won 7 games in a row to 2 by the Turkish player. Ankita, in all, won 77 points to 55 by Cengiz. Top seed Ankita won 40 service points to 24 by Cengiz. Both the players committed 2 double faults each. Cengiz served 2 Aces in the match to 1 by the Indian. Cengiz had defeated Karman Kaur Thandi, India, in first round.
