Anil Kumar appointed Jt Secretary, Governor’s Secretariat

Patna : Anil Kumar, a Bihar Administrative Service (BAS) officer and Joint Secretary, Health Department, was transferred on October 9, 2017, and appointed Joint Secretary, the Governor’s Secretariat, Bihar, until further order. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued anotification to this effect on October 9 itself. Anil Kumar hails from Darbhanga district.
